چکیده

Exact particle-like static, spherically and/or cylindrically symmetric solutions to the equations of interacting scalar and electromagnetic field system have been obtained within the scope of general relativity. In particular, we considered Freedman-Robertson-Walker (FRW) space-time as an external homogenous and isotropic gravitational field whereas the inhomogenous and isotropic Universe is given by the Gödel model. The solutions obtained have been thoroughly studied for different types of interaction term. It has been shown that in FRW space-time equations with different interaction terms may have stable solutions while within the scope of Gödel model only the dropletlike configurations may be stable, if they are located in the region where g > 0.

Exact particle-like static, spherically and/or cylindrically symmetric solutions to the equations of interacting scalar and electromagnetic eld system have been obtained. We considered FRW and G odel universes as external gravitational eld with spherical and cylindrical symmetry respectively. Beside the usual solitons some special regular solutions known as droplets, anti-droplets and hats (co...

Scalar Deformations of Schwarzschild Holes and Their Stability

We construct two solutions of the minimally coupled Einstein–scalar field equations, representing regular deformations of Schwarzschild black holes by a selfinteracting, static, scalar field. One solution features an exponentially decaying scalar field and a triple-well interaction potential; the other one is completely analytic and sprouts Coulomb-like scalar hair. Both evade the no-hair theor...

Remarks on bell-shaped lumps: stability and fermionic modes

We consider non-topological, ”bell-shaped” localized and regular solutions available in some 1+1 dimensional scalar field theories. Several properties of such solutions are studied, namely their stability and the occurence of fermion bound states in the background of a kink and a kink-anti-kink solutions of the sine-Gordon model.

Charged Wormholes with Non-minimally Coupled Scalar Fields. Existence and Stability

A search for traversable wormhole solutions to the gravitational field equations with realistic matter has been for long, and is still remaining to be, one of the most intriguing challenges in gravitational studies. One of attractive features of wormholes is their ability to support electric or magnetic “charge without charge” [1] by letting the lines of force thread from one spatial asymptotic...

Oscillation and Asymptotic Stability of a Delay Differential Equation with Richard’s Nonlinearity
